Ok, I get it…it’s Monday morning and you just wish you could backflip into the weekend? Well, why not see it as a fresh start to a brand new week & the new chance to do something absolutely amazing?! For example, why not start by setting yourself some goals for this week or by being kind to someone today? You don’t have to do anything BIG, even small gestures (like stepping outside your comfort zone by saying HELLO to a stranger) can have BIG effects. And you’ll probably feel really good inside for doing it.
