Cookie Time

What better way to start the weekend after a long day and 2h in the gym than a big plate of warm chocolate chip cookies?

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) .
  2. Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour and chocolate chips. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.

Pro tip: The larger the cup, the better the outcome 😉 Just make sure to increase the amount of liquids (eggs or milk) accordingly!
