Yum yum


After a week of salad and sandwiches – it’s finally time for something homemade and yummy…

Recipe (makes 2 servings)

  • 300g chicken: cut the chicken into bit-sized pieces and cook in a skillet with a bit of butter until the meat is no longer pink
  • 250ml cream: add to chicken
  • 4-5 dried tomatoes in oil: cut up tomatoes and add to cream, plus, I really love drizzling in some oil – so feel free to do that too
  • Pinch of salt & pepper
