Run World, Run

Jogging is so much fun, especially when you’re mostly working indoors, and the reason I absolutely love going for a quick run in the fresh air. Plus, even on the weekends, it’s a fabulous excuse to get out of bed early in the morning and do something productive. Not to mention the fact that by being outside, I finally have time to think without constantly being interrupted.

Mostly though, I’ll skip the stretching and go straight to the shower. But as I tend to get very sore muscles after a challenging workout, I’d really like to start stretching more!
